Remote Assistance Using Ultr@VNC
With Ultr@VNC our support peronnel can remotely control your computer as if we were sitting right in front of it - even through firewalls.
All you have to do is start a small application, which does not even require installation or administrative rights.

  1. Download the OZLANSupport application and save it to your Desktop or other convenient location. Dowload link is at the bottom of this document.
  2. Run the OZLANSupport application and you will be presented with a screen similar to the picture below.



  3. Use the phone mumber provided to call and make certain there is a support technician available to help you.
  4. Double click the connection named "Internet support (encryted connection)"
  5. A Support Technician will connect to your computer in a few seconds.

At the end of the remote control session the OneClick Remote Connection Helper uninstalls itself and leaves your computer without any additional software.

  • The OneClick download can be saved to your computer for future use or it can be just 'Run' from it's current location.
  • The connection between YOU and the OZLAN Support Personnel is secure and encrypted.
