Remote Assistance Using TeamViewer
With TeamViewer our Support Personnel can remotely control your computer as if we were sitting right in front of it - even through firewalls.
All you have to do is start a small application, which does not even require installation or administrative rights.
  1. Download the QuickSupport application for your operating system and save it to your Desktop or other convenient location. Dowload links are at the bottom of this document.
  2. Run the QuickSupport application and you will be presented with a screen similar to the picture below.
    The ID and Password will be different on your installation.

  3. Notify OZLAN.net support personnel via email or phone and let us know the ID and Password.
  4. Our support staff will connect to your computer to offer assistance.
